Aunjanue Ellis

Aunjanue Taylor is an American actor and producer who is best famous for the roles she was as the character of Ray Undercover Brother, The Mentalist and The television series The Mentalist. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in African-American Studies at Brown University and also a Master of acting at the Tisch School for the Art New York University. Aunjanue Ellis. Both series received major critical acclaim, but she also took home a variety of prizes. Her professional acting debut in the role of Ariel on the stage in The Tempest in 1995. On Broadway she's appeared in Come and Gone A Winter's Tale Seeking the Genesis and Joe Turner's Come and Gone. Coming to her movie career she is best known for her role in movies like Men of Honor The Caveman's Valentine The Express and The Help. Her role on television in the ABC's crime drama series High Incident has earned her the praise of her fellow actors.
